Yesterday, I felt the energy flow through the top of my head within 3 minutes but I never have really felt much in my lower spine. As I considered this yesterday while meditating during the attunement, I found myself as the vertebrae below a disk that x-rays show the disk to be degenerated to about 40-50% of what it should be. It was a trip - as though my consciousness / awareness had shifted into that bone structure. Since then, I have less pain in that area. Wild :) —M.S. USA
